1. General Provisions
This Refund Policy defines the terms and procedure for refunding money for services provided by IE Kovitidi Inga Vladimirovna.
2. Refund Conditions
Money refund is possible in the following cases:
- Refusal of services before the start of work - 100% refund
- Refusal of services after the start of work but before the end of the first week - 70% refund
- Non-provision of services due to the Contractor's fault - 100% refund
3. Cases of Refund Denial
Refund is not made in the following cases:
- After work is completed in full
- When the Client refuses services after the first week of work
- When the Client violates the terms of the agreement
- For services already provided under subscription maintenance
4. Refund Procedure
To refund money, you need to:
- Send a written request to email: wellroad777@gmail.com
- Indicate the reason for refund and bank details for transfer
- Wait for consideration of the request (up to 5 business days)
- Receive funds within 10 business days after approval
5. Refund Methods
Refund is made using the same method as payment was made. In exceptional cases, an alternative refund method is possible by agreement with the Client.
